From Alison Weston…

FRA English Championship race – 5.1 miles with 1,463 ft ascent. Sweltering hot to put it mildly, but six Harriers took part in a very competitive field. Kate had a flyer and didn’t seem to notice the heat, but Sarah and I had to recover in the river afterwards! Great times for Dan and Jack too and well done to Antonio who ran for Otley and finished 10th MV70!
